I know of the "standard" Hoffstätter and Gahr SS-Zivilabzeichen, the FM ones, and the equivalent for the Germanske SS Norge (S. SS M. = støttende medlem) but I had never seen the "B SS L" pin. Can you tell me where does it come from ? and what does it mean ?

I personnaly have one Hoffstätter pin and I thought that the mark was only known in hollow. I am quite surprised to see the one you have with a very small number (530 ?). It's the first one I've seen like this. Are you sure it's a good one ? Pardon my ignorance.

I love all the SS FM stuff, of which there is quite a bit if u include the magazines, the books, the badges and the paraphernalia. Well done on a great collection. The SS FM honor stick pin (cased and numbered) is a rare treat.

You are correct.That Hoffstter pin is NOT an original.
The reverse is ALL wrong.(As is the number)
