In my opinion, the Wiking is a 100% fake, but maybe the "Hitlerjugend" has a chance.

Run away... absolute cheap copy's that are well known.

If you listen to some there was an RZM Sutterlin script HJ cufftitle but other than one in a collection where it may have been salted or swapped in ... who knows.

The polyester reinforcing material, on the reverse of the Hitlerjugend cuff title, is a big clue. The Wiking is just not even close enough to debate.
