Printed SS sleeve eagle.

Hello all,

Simple question, were the printed sleeve eagles issued on 3rd pattern italian camo anorak, or did they only used tropical (yellow) and green eagles on these parka's?

I think there wasn't any eagles at all on those parkas

Eagles were not worn on any SS parkas in general. I know of only 1 picture of an SS officer who added a sleeve eagle to the sleeve of a Kharkov parka but it is an exception.

Usually never seen on green or (Italian) camo parkas. It there are traces of one being applied at one time, it could have been period applied but non regulation ....or (more likely)it could be a traces of a collector embellishment ...(collector mistake)
