Eagle and skull in my opinion fake but with the cap I can not understand ...

Check under sweatband traces of reworking. I like this cap also if it has not rzm stamp under vulkanfiber. I will we the visor this evening on a decent monitor but I'm sure also from my phone

Other than the poor fake badges, the cap looks totally legit.
The chinstrap is almost certainly a postwar replacement though.
Although it is original, it is a re-sized Heer (or LW) strap and just doesn't
look like it's been there forever.

There IS photographic evidence of non-regulation or Army chinstraps on SS visors, but I agree it's likely a post-war addition.

Cap is original as already stated.
It's a Wille "195" cap. I have also one from the same maker although mine has been modified to a smaller size.
