When an SS skull is doing what it normally doesn't do, that IS a cause for concern. If a skull appears too happy or "gay".....or if a skull is winking......or if has ears.......those are telltale signs. Actually.........I don't know if it's good, but I'm guessing not. The bullion is nice and tight, but the expression, while certainly amiable, DOES cause me concern. Also, you need better photos, and of the back side as well, if possible. Maybe it's just a late war example, designed to portray the SS in a kinder, gentler light.
