Officer candidate single board

Hello,
I have this nice original single board and I ask me some questions about the rank.
Is it a transitional school rank or a board mistake with the missing bottom piece of tress ? We can see this kind of rank on Heer board as well.

Nobody has seen this kind of board with the 2 slides officer candidate, one pip and with the missing bottom piece of tress ?
