Could this tunic be genuine? What makes me suspicious is the fact, that the double-thread which fix the liner, has different distances (look at my red markings). I think there should be absolutely the same distance, because this kind of double seem was usually made by using an also double Needle. What are your thoughts ?

Your conclusions concerning the stitching on this garment are wrong though. Your theory applies only to fake double needle stitching. Not to normal single needle seams, which this one here appears to be.
