A wool SS Armband......?

Construction looks straightforward, material looks correct. Inititally, I thought that the swaz was sloppily cut, but when I looked closer, I realized that it was fraying on the edge of the arms. No SS RZM tag on the back, but it looks OK. What do you think?

I was wondering about the disk too. It is different but everything else looks good IMO. Either an early or late type I'm guessing.
