Need opinions on Totenkopf and eagle

A friend is offering me these, but I have my doubts as to whether or not they are good. Both pieces are fairly heavy and I think they are made of nickel/silver. Pictures are not the greatest. The lighting makes things look gold, but they are silver. Tell me what you think.
