SS Member Lapel Badge

Good morning fellows. My knowledge on these would fit into a thimble, so I would appreciate some opinions on this SS member badge. The badge is RZM marked as well as marked M1/4.

It is not a repro, it is a fantasy. This badge never existed. It looks like it should have, but it didn't.
