Now, I'll tell you why....Your "right-side" wing [in the photo], DROOPS, not only that, but, the black wool 'edges' at the wing tips DO NOT MEASURE OUT THE SAME & ARE NOT CUT RIGHT & DON'T MATCH. The entire black wool outline of the eagle is CUT WRONG & the "right-side" under wing section [in the photo], IMPROPERLY CUT....CUT ON THE WRONG ANGLE & does not match with the "left-side" eagle.

This would not be accepted in Third Reich period even if it were to be "home working by women under small contract". Best bet In my opinion....'PAKISTAN' ! There are at least 3 Pakistan Embroiderers sending e-mails around to anyone who shows an indication anywhere on the Internet that they are into "militaria" & they pretty well all make the "same" mistakes in their embroidering & cutting.
