    Rare SS Skull

I just received this on consignment, and wanted to show it off. I collect SS Skulls and Eagles, and have never had this maker before.

Consignor told me it was the "2nd rarest SS Skull pattern" and I was just curious what you guys think. Are there still people who collect skulls by maker? I just collect sets that match, and don't care if my whole collection is composed of 1/52s And for those who don't know ... Deschler & Sohn, Munchen.

I'll take better photos tomorrow. While it may be bad, it may also be my "fuzzy" scanning job. Fortunately, my camera can take super close-ups, and I can also provide weight. If a casting, I thank you guys in advance for spotting it.

Quick compare with an original (Craig's skull on right) ... several differences but most obvious is the RZM stamp ... As fakes go it's pretty good.

                        Cheers

I can return it to the consignor. Also I'll post better pictures when I get into the office, and provide the weight also. Is this cast from an original? It must be, because the D&SM is awesome.

Let's first take a look at the better quality pictures I would think ... when they've arrived.
