I've never seen one with the cooper brown thread attached to the back like this.

Thats a nice skull The tan thread is I believe the leader thread used in the manufacturing process, I saw this once before on a uncut factory strip of 25 skulls which came from a Vet.

Did it come from The Collectors Guild? If so it is one of the skulls that came off the above mentioned strip of 25. When found it was originally 75 skulls and when it made the rounds and got too me there where 25 remaining.

Hello Glenn. Yeah this TK was indeed purchased from Peter Whamond along with a nice little BeVo cap eagle.

Congrats Dave this was a Canadian Vet pickup which was on a roll of 75 and uncut.

The roll was of course cut up and sold off. The one you have is from a buddy of mine who had bought 30 of them and consigned a few too Peter.

At least you know the providence anyway!! Congrats

Thanks Glenn. I appreciate the inside scoop.

I'm very happy with the piece and appreciate working with Peter. Definitely one of the "good guys" in my book.

                Yes...

Thats d-mn nice grey BeVo skull!!! Im looking for one in this mint condition! Its a very nice addition to any SS-collection. For some strange reason the grey, and by far more frequently used, is so much harder to find the golden/tan version.

Any one know any of these grey BeVo skulls from this "75 roll" that is for sale? PM me then........

                /Felix
