      Hello,
I just got these boots and want to ask you for your opinion. I do not collect uniforms or equipment, so any comments will be very appreciated
Are these boots really so rare (I cannot find on a web any available for sale)???

That inner stamping translated into english means: Theatre "SNP" warehouse.

      Thank you!

Nice. There are pictures of these in wear by the SS also.

          Looks to be original boots.

These are indeed pretty rare and also hardly seen worn in period photographs. Not so long ago a pair was sold by HH and Mil Antiques of St.
My assumptions is that these were not very popular and I have only seen them worn with shorts (behind the line).

Thank you for your input. Could you give me some advice what could be a fair price for them?

The pair with HH sold for 700,- Euro; Mil Ant asked around 1200,- I believe, not sure what they went for of course. I'm sure some dealers would dare to ask more but accept for the headgear, tropical SS has never had much interest or representative value.
