description says that there is no tag inside and comes with provenance from long stablished collector. but, I don't know this last ....

Agreed! Could be a major red flag but I guess a lot could have happened between 1938 and war time...
Still fishy but perhaps researchable and explainable...Who knows?

The name tag belongs to a Police tunic and not the Gruppenfuhrer tunic. Go to page three of the uniforms section and you will see the police tunic.

yes, the tag's photo features in all SS and political tunics. represents the "uniform dpt." doesn't belong to the gruppenführer's tunic, itself !!!
