Hungarian SS collar tab and shield

Hi all,

these are on a repro tunic I have,purchased as a repro. However, the tunic is quite old, actually a battledress conversion, so im just curious about this insignia, as to if it's original or not.

The collar tab looks good. Though as presented, it is upside down. Can't say on the shield.

Not very often I disagree with Charles but I'm afraid I don't like the tab either.

Sorry but i dont either.If the last shot of the tab was posted first i'm sure Charlie would have seen it was bad.

I agree with Dave & Ian - This Hungarian "Hunyadi" collar tab just doesn't look right.
