Are these Croatians? The fellow on the right appears to be wearing Schuma tunic. As for the photo of Croats with the swastika shield - never seen anything like it! The tunics look similar to Org. Todt, perhaps its some sort of labor company?

Yep, Kingdom of Yugoslavia uniforms with traditional Serbian sajkaca hats (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C5%A0ajka%C4%8Da).

Some of the above photos indeed do show Croatian Ustasha soldiers on them (with characteristic letter "U" and a hand grenade symbol on their caps).
