Although my first thoughts are that this insignia is intended for pre 45 police for the visor cap, it could also be used by Landwacht.

Sorry to say, but that is another type...I think morelikely it is police, but like i already said to you Jan-Arie, Landwacht used a lot of differtent types. So very hard to say for 100%.
