Skull
John T,
Your skull is 100%. Nice
Chris,
I do not own one, but almost purchased one 2 yaers ago at the Kassel show from Peter Jenkins. The only problem was, the pins were missing and the pin mounts were really messed with. In other words, it was beyond anything I could restore, so I passed. The skull Peter J. has was aluminum, just like John T's. There was absolutely no doubt in my my mind the skull Peter had was real, as is John T's.

I remember the SSBW site had an alluminum Deschler with no pins and alot brown glue type residue in the pin recesses. I recall it having RZM over 52 behind the teeth. I could be mistaken but I just dont recall the M1 prefix on the one I saw and it could be a different skull altogether than the one Peter recalls.
I like the John T. Deschler also

Here is the reverse, (note the lack of ridges around the eyes and nose holes).
Also, as was stated, the prong attachments were messed with, to the point of no return.

Yes that is Peter Jenkins skull. The one I pondered over. Interesting that the mark is devoid of the M1. That makes 2 variations. Both skulls are real IMO, 100%. I have no doubt or reservation / hesitation about it. As far as the subject skull of this thread, I do not care for it.

Chris
Just to be clear, in your opinion was the aluminium skull for sale by peter jenkins an original.
Also would the lack of the "m1" markings indicate this to have been a very early produced skull (maybe around the d&sm and 52 skulls era?).
