I don't like the pip in itself neither the way it is placed but may be I am wrong

Looking at the size of the tab in comparison with the pips something is not right...a third pip would not even fit...
Good tab with added huge pips?

Nothings screams bad to me, but I share Nicks observation about the pips. It doesn't mean that it's bad; this tab also has oversided pips, and I have an officers' tab that also has large pips.
