OK who won this nice Dachau M43 on Ebay?

Excuse me for asking but being a non uniform/hat collector i don't know who's who in that collecting area. Member All1knew/William Kramer posted this cap here previously on WAF, but is he the one on ebay known as "Checkit"? Just asking because i think this topic is quite confusing for outsiders.

The cardboard bill on that Is all wrong, and the cap Itself has none of the characteristics of a dachau made Panzer or field gray M43 cap.The field gray M43 caps mirror the Panzer caps in their construction detail.
