It looks as if the thread is coming apart on front, but otherwise does appear to be a good Handschar "Dachau" find. Frankly, I was a little leery of that swastika touching the scimitar at first, but after looking over the tabs in my collection I think this is just a manufacturing error, plus the already mentioned loose thread on front of the tab.
