I have never seen another Wiking cuff like this either. Im am trying to search my files. There are similar cuffs that share about the same traits, such as Germania in latin and Prins Eugen. These are refered to as the second form of Rzm cuff titles and they do have the silk borders. As in your Wiking cuff. However I do not find reference material now. Bob might very well be correct.
