And jesus these 'has the market crashed' threads are so bloody boring!!!! There seems to be one every month, if you don't like the situation anyone then dont collect any more !
Threads simply to increase their post counts

Just to redirect our focus back to this thread, i'm referring to SS TK insignias.
If you dont like this thread, I respectfully ask you to please feel free to leave; so that the discussion can move on.
I hope this is not out of line.
I agree with member T.K. that I've noticed even rare variations like the Alu Deschler (M1/52) or the Ges. Gesch. 52 also have trouble selling off, until the price has been knocked down. As for cloth pieces, I dont collect them and can't comment. There's also a late zinc pair on the e-stand that still has no takers.

Guys, as already said high end items will ALWAYS bring big money.
TK vertical tabs, K, TK tabs with number etc.etc. are very rare, and they will alway sell for big K, you won't see them for cheap this you can trust.
But IMHO, and besides boring threads, I think that the market is not made by high end items, since being high end are of course very rare and affordable by few collectors, but by the big numbers of income that cames with the average collectors: there are illimited pieces available for the "average" market, so there resides the "big" money of the military market, not in Auction, that sure make big money but on very limited pieces, while average market actually have billions of pieces available (and up to few months ago, pretty easy to be sold also).
So, you won't see a TK vertical K tab sold for peanuts again, this you can forget about, but sure you won't be able to sell average 1\52 TK's for 1\2K (as happened here many times) also.
And, before you call me names like bored nut tinnie collector, you need to know I do collect also 1\52 and I know I won't be ever able to sell them back for what I did pay them again.
Tsunami is on the way, you don't see it coming yet, but unfortunately you will.
Here in central EEUU things are VERY bad, at least for the average man.
