SS overcoat opinions

Can I get some opinions on this overcoat please? I have had several people look at it and none have said that it was not a good wartime ss coat with a period bevo eagle that was reapplied. It is a bit salty but other than some what appear to be field and depot repairs it looks to be good. It has no stamps or traces of a tag. Opinions please.Thanks in advance.

Authentic SS pattern mid/late war model SS overcoat, as it lacks the French cuffs!
Some call these guard coats because of the hand-warmer pockets!
I have a twin but mine has in (internal) hood. Nice period made BeVo sleeve eagle too
