SS Cuff title for great coat?

got this armband with part of a Canadian grouping. Is this for a great coat, I ask as its fairly big.

As mentioned somewher on the forum, the overcoats cufftitle is worn without black stripes, is it?
I've seen different size cufftitles, and I do not tink that they've been made especially for coats

Here is my Allgemeine Greatcoat, and it has both black strripes.
Yours could of also be for a A-SS Tunic
