Tropical field cap - opinions?

A collector send me some photos of a tropical field cap and ask me to post them, he'd like to have some opinions about it.

Tropical Cap

I do not care for the color of the outer cotton canvas material. I also do not like the color of the interior lining. Here is one for comparison....it also looks too darn new for my tastes.
