i don't like what i see.

1) wool
2) patina
3) thread (the same colour in exposed and not exposed area)
4) see "3" about eagle shadow
5) lining... isn't fake but... if i add 1+2+3+4 i become ultra-suspicious

...my observation is made with an SS eye.... the cap itself it isn't fake. but not SS. imo

Thanks for replys.Ian and Tony are right.Cap was without insignia.Owner add Skull.Question is: it is SS Field Cap or not.I want buy it,have 14 days to inspection.If needed I can make more Fotos.

Original cap made of Italian wool, Italian HBT liner material and even Italian wooden buttons.
It could be RSI used or made for SS in Italy.
