                    Yeah, these guys are getting really common now.... Really disturbing for guys with 100% Ebay record....
                    Could be connected to the PayPal scam era.... but nevertheless, Imagine a European doing that to US collectors... leading big time trouble.... and US cry babies screaming out loud....

                                Not as rare as Prinz Eugen flatwire (type 2), tunic removed

                                RH are not common but perhaps strangely, not hugely sought after compared to other flatwire bands - I would definitely prize tunic removed over an unissued band.
