                Very nice original insignia.

Curious - I would be interested in knowing what type of "stiffener" is used inside the shoulderboards - can you tell?

I have a similar pair in slip-on style . . . it uses something that is very hard for a "stiffener" - maybe even metal?

I forget, and will have to check again . . .

It probably is a piece of metal shaped like a "U" and resin impregnated stiff cardboard. They stopped using metal when the War started for the most part, some boards, especially the "T" types have a solid metal piece made of thin steel.

Flemish Slang- I speak German but I would guess it means "Without Question real", maybe I am wrong.
