Poor Man's Tunic

As requested for viewing in the past and just recently, here's a re-assembled tunic. I had collected this as a stripped tunic and the insignia before I knew squat about these articles. The tunic and all insignia were acquired from well known web based dealers.

The SS field isn't among my focal strength's. Eventhough I do have the 3 Beaver uniform volumns and the camoflage uniform publication for limited research.

I would really appreciate some supporting expertise and please bear in mind; I have no problems with anyone telling me that this is "fake."
If it is, I would like to know especially regarding the tunic.

This runic tab started life without a border and I would not buy it again from what I know about them today.

I had been told before that the runic tab could be of a Belgian manufacture but I still would regard it as a fake from I learn't but I just don't know these things for sure.

Horrible alteration job attaching the tabs.

I belive here that the piping had been removed from the collar as there is a small area of flourescent threading to the tip areas of the collar. Otherwise if it's worth a grain of salt nothing flouresces on this tunic.

I had the eagle posted before with no definate verdict but as far as I concerned a Seider perhaps?

The CT i'm very comfortable with I hope PVL did me right.

The Eagle is a real one and the collar tab looks original only done with oddball bullion...I like it allot.

This tunic actually appears a slightly olive in color and more worn/faded that the optics just dont quite capture. Don't hesitate to request for additional images.

The button in post 10 bears the Bundesadler instead of a Reichsadler - either they were before 1933 or after 1955.

Can somebody explain?
