    These Julleuchter keep on showing up

    This Julleuchter is fresh out the estate of a Danish WSS volunteer who lived just north of the Danish-German border.

    It's the fourth Julleuchter that I've found in this area during the last year

    They just keep on popping up

            I'd like to mention, though, that I came across a guy today who had a good friend.

            He told me that his friend had several original SS uniforms !!!

            SO we called him - and he told us that

            HE BURNED ALL OF THE UNIFORMS LAST YEAR

              He is lying, go to his House with a Bottle of Whiskey. If somebody called you on the phone would you say "Oh those SS uniforms? Sure c'mon over have a peek, you want to buy? no problem".

                I told the guy I talked to to tell his friend that he probably had several thousand $ in uniforms.

                Would he then tell his friend that he had thrown out the uniform ???

                  Hello OU812,
                  I believe the doktor (in his own special way) was trying to say that some people with SS items have become very careful about getting too much attention from anyone, sometimes for good reasons.
                  (I know I am still waiting for the good doktor to show me his Jul-ecke Teppich)

                      I dont know anything about these really, but I yahoo'ed them and the same one (or very similar) popped up on wikipedia. Although, they called the ones with 4 hearts modern?? Like I said, I know nothing about these and was just interested in finding more info on them and came across this. Did they make different styles of these or were they found with common designs? Very neat artifacts IMO. Heres the pic from wiki:

                        I agree these are very interesting. The odd one on the left is a new copy of the types that Himmler's early ideas man Professor Wirth was saying were evidence of ancient Germanic Aryan man and their religion.
                        -I have not yet seen copies of this 'prototype.'
                        Please do a search on WAF of Julleuchters/Jul-leuchters as there has been quite a lot written on them here by many members including myself .
