ss m 42 tunic opinions wanted

Dear Experts,

Would you be so kind to comment this tunic . Too good to be true ?
But I saw some yers ago remains of tunic with 2 holes from such material 100% , but very very torn and overpainted in black..May be used after war by fire brigade... and I remember one forum member from Estonia showed image tunic from such material ...

Thank you for comments. It is not SS BW , not Betr Ra. It is rbn marked...
I noted from comments on forum , that majority of collectors do not recognize rbn no on ss items, except camo tunics. Forum member Mr. Eduardo was very helpful and researched number for me. Thanks to him. This company is uniform producer.
