I'm not so sure about that . Though yours seems to have an odd finish I never saw before , these unfinished unmarked types did exist IMO - and with this strange vertical prong as well . Would like to hear more from the experts ..

Ha ha...it does look like four members (I don't mean Association members...well...maybe a couple of them) with accessories have been stuck in the sides of that skull.

I think "The Eight Ball TK" is fairly appropriate.
