      Thank you for your input Female service, the fact that photo is in color is just an extra bonus.

      This event in Wien on March 16, 1938 seems to be the best source for possible more photos of R. Heydrich with the black M18.

      P.S. That shako suits Kurt well.

          Hi Harry its Wewelsburg he is wearing the Horsemans badge and teh DRL sport badge.Horseman's badge is worn to his upper left,DRL below.

            Note that Kurt Daluege is sporting a model 89 sword with his police outfit. Was this because the police sword hadn't been authorized yet?
