Besides the nose, it seems "close".

Obviously they all look little different, since it was made by hand,i think the one on e stand have a good chance.

PS misha your example is very nice

All bullion embroidered insignia: cuff titles, collar tabs, sleave eagles, etc. were hand-made and since they were made by many different people and with different skills, the embroidery details, style and quality can vary from piece to piece. But they used templates/underlagen to embroidere and that is why they all have pretty much same shapes of the skull nose, eyes, jaw, etc.

Go ahead and do a search for Oberbayern titles on this forum and see how many varients you find, now take into consideration that the titles pictured on this forum are a small sampling of what exists. As noted before these were hand embroidered by several different makers and cookie cutter uniformity shouldn't be expected.
Bottom line is I stand behind this cufftitle 100%, I know where it came from, I've examined the bullion and embroidery under magnification and see absolutely 0 issues.
Theres my 2 cents, have fun!

My only issue with the skull is the nose hole as Doc mentioned...everything else looks quite nice. The card board unterlagen would have to have a huge nose hole for the embroidery to come out that large. I have never seen a skull unterlagen with anywhere near that size hole. That is the only thing that I see.
