It's a fantasy piece I'm afraid, based on the design of the SS-FM vehicle pennant. No such armband existed pre-1945.

And it cant be such a vehicle pennant? or is that one a tri-angle shaped one,

Hi Arjan, sorry, the vehicle pennant is triangular.

Gary Wood, who moderates this forum, used to own an SS-FM pennant, which he sold on the E Stand last year. Maybe he still has the pics of it.
