Thorsten it almosts eems that you are trying to make exscuses. Their agenda was world domination and aniliation of Jews. By the way what did Jews, Gypsies, and Gays do to the Germans? Lets face it the nazis were pathetic, anyone who supports them or feels the need to make excuses needs to see a pychiatrist.

I believe you mean well,
but I am not sure anyone is really defending or supporting the nazis here. Most of those who even care about this aspect of the the nazis and especially the SS are more interested in the nuances between culture+politics+religion,
but not in any way supporting the ideas(especially the holocaust) of this era.

After all ,no real understanding of this era can come from shunning it. If pretty things can be created by the same group that caused evil, then lets also look at the pretty things even more carefully.
