From the poor pics the first thing that sticks out is there is seem is at the bottom of the ring which could be from re-sizing? I think that I can also make out a seem behind the skull as well. With that being said, although badly worn, it looks like it might be an original 30's style ring but better photos are a must to really tell.

Looks sized, but original. Would still like better inside photos. Lay the ring on a piece of white paper to photograph the inside. A well-lit room with no flash. Going by the photos alone, it looks good. That's what REALLY matters, Huh?
