          It has no meaning and is a fake creation meant to enhance the value of the pipe display.. I would try to remove it if possible.

            It says SS man Fritz Dworek, so it is some kind of name tag.
            What would that do on a display?
            There has been a lot of discussion about those pipe displays (Heer, LW, KM, SS) and the most of our fellow members don't believe in the display, although the pipes are probably ww2 period. do a search.

                I think the pipes look good, however, Im skeptical as to the advertising logo to which they are affixed, especially given the bogus SS label with stamp of narvik and german cross, its artificial aging which mimics well the overall aging of the display sign.
