In plain English...have the money in hand first, send anywhere at the new owners risk, and have a signed document that it is the buyers responsibility from the moment it leaves your hands.
There are also a number of characters on this forum that will throw crazy numbers at you privately to prevent anyone else from buying it if they don't happen to be capable.
Take your time if selling, and you can always bring it to a show and sell it in person.
