Stripe-less ss armband?

this armband has an oval circle, which is supposed to be characteristic of ss and nor party armbands - except when it's not... (?)

some think the 'oval' style like mine - without the black stripes - was for ss auxiliaries working with party orgs. the materials are exactly the same as on ss 'bands.

there's no paper tag and no sign a cloth one was sewn in.

I'm confidant the 'band is good but want validation of this, and wd. appreciate any remarks about 'stripe-less' ss armbands. many thanks.

can anyone specifically address the 'oval circle usually equals ss' issue? given the diff. in values party vs. ss this seems sorta' important doesn't it...
