I imagine the only "real" problem for the dealer would be TAX related, i,e,, did he pay taxes on the sale of items? Otherwise, they have nothing.....unless, of course it was alleged that he traded drugs for Militaria

Yes they where, and if you check GETTY Images, you will find the DEA /DA press conference showing the sword,medals,uniform mannequin with hat and if memory serve me the greatcoat among other quite expensive Goering regalia, quite interesting set of pictures!!
