For me, I think it will be VERY INTERESTING to see how things such as this sell over the next decade . . . most interesting, will be the true price of exchange . . . with as much as I expect to see being offered from so many ancient, and previously thought-to-be "locked up" collections, the way in which the flood of good stuff is managed (and anticipating all of the old collectors will soon be bailing out), I bet it will be fascinating to stand by and watch . . .

John if you're not an expert in this hobby then I really do not know who is..but you only post when people discuss value and it might affect what you have...honestly I think people should pay millions for it because that would render them irrelevant to the common man just like a Jackson Pollock painting is to an everyday novice.
When my friend found one of these dealers practically threw money at him that was 8 years ago...according to the "wisdom" of those who post regularly about investment and based on the prices of Tunics and insignias over the same period the price of these would have tripled since then making them $12,000.
Im just an observer.

Quite boring to see every quarter since decades the discussion where it will go.
Look up auctions results decades ago and anyone would have a rough answer.
For such items even in the CG auction it depends on the right person and not the market. And this is with all such rare items as there is anyhow no market for it.
The currency exchange rate has also an infect on this matter.
