Lets see behind the Sweatband? Under the hood
The visor is being left out of the pics, Why? because it doesn't look to be crosshatched.

My guess so far is a put togther cap so lets see more pics.

the fake insignia are the "ss 360/42" and eagle "ss475/43"

Hat is a real Marke Standard, but most likely a Frankenstein--I don't like the looks of what pleats I can see. We need pics with the sweatband down.
Most likely a re-worked Wehrmacht visor.
