I'm far from being a tab expert, but I don't like the embroidery, and the presence of white glue is always a bad sign, unless it was glued onto a scrapbook. I'm not crazy about the buckram either.

Fred ,it looks like it was glued together recently and artifically aged. I would pass on this one, they are out there. Sonny
