May I ask a native German speaker to translate these two inscriptions from two photos side by side in an album... I think I have a good understanding but would like to confirm - thanks!

the second one translates as:
"the holes in the road filled in with dirt"
die strassenlocher mit erde zu fullen

the first one = The jews are present (lined up)
juden sind angestellt
