        OK Ruhl 13

Here is one of my old wood boxes.
This one has been seen before, but it is worthy.
This thread will give expelled member"MM" apoplexy when he looks in.

Ive never seen these appearing in period photos other than the Mein Kemp ones that were presented during wedding ceremonies.

I know that pic, isnt it one of those old Thrid Reich Militaria books by Jack Pia?

Sorry Munster, That pic was taken with the casket on top of my bed cover.
I can post more pics with the casket in much more exotic backgrounds if you like.

no no,,,I meant the pic of the MK casket being presented, I have seen the one also military mentions, but I cannot remember where. It was in an older book back from the 70s.

                        never seen a picture

If there are any, they must be a rare thing as
I dont believe I have ever seen a period picture of the SS MK box in any type of use. I have only seen a MK book itself at a wedding in a picture so far
So, I would be interested in seeing an actual SS MK box in a period photo.
Or learn the exact titles of books in which a picture resides.

Michael, this picture we all would like to see IS the missing link.
If a photo of its true use could be presented, this subject would be nailed.
Either way, there is no doubting it's existense but to what purpose is yet to be established. I've got one piece to the puzzle, let's see if the wider community can crack the "Casket Code".

As someone said, only the wedding edition fits, not the common MK.

I've checked both SS Regalia and Nazi Regalia by Jack Pia and there are no pictures in those - more's the pity.
