Well having tried to view the pics and getting 4 pop-ups I'll not bother trying that again !

Fake. That appears to be a machine embroidered copy of what should be a Bevo-woven shield, originally issued to the LVF. The later Waffen-SS pattern was embroidered but that is even rarer.
