Collar tab yay or nay?

Any opinions on this collar tab? Also sorry for yet another collar tab topic. The thread on the runes is more silverish that the stark white on the pic that is due to the flash of my crummy camera.

The backing material looks plausible, but the front runes have too thick of a border and just look too "fuzzy" for me. I would not buy it for that reason.

How about this one? same source. Are there any tests you can do incase of doubt? This one appears to have the fuzzy edges as well.

No good either, looks like both this and the rune tab were made by that same person.
The only sure fire way to learn how to avoid the fakes is research, reasearch, research!
